Oceanfront Condo – Rocky Point, Mexico
PLAYA AZUL RESORT is a very family-oriented venue. It is small compared to some of the other resorts, but it offers a wide range of amenities. There are nine water slides, two large hot tubs, two pools with seasonal swim up bars, sand volleyball, soccer area and an entertainment room. There is also an indoor workout facility where guests may use the treadmill, elliptical machined and free weights.
Rocky Point is the HOT tourist beach destination in Northern Mexico for Americans. Rocky Point is just 1 hour south of the U.S. Lukeville border. Rocky Point is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, fishing, and friendly atmosphere.

Welcome to C building, condo 507. This condo is on the 5th Floor and has great views with a large patio and windows. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Condo features include King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 king bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a Twin Bunk bed in 3rd bedroom. The Master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. A full size washer and dryer, modern appliances, and a fully-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. Everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Living room offers local cable TV.
Amenities
Upon check-in, the resort will provide you with wristbands to enjoy the amenities of the resort. At this time, they will be collecting the resort fees of $7 / Per Person / Per Day. Resort fees cover the pool, slides, and hot tub area.

Our D Building has begun construction. We are excited for this next phase of expansion at PLAYA AZUL!
Located in Puerto Peñasco, this condo is on the beach. Estero Morua and La Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's
natural beauty can explore Encanto Beach and Miramar Beach.

We’ve been traveling to Rocky Point for a long time and have stayed at many of the resorts there. This was our first time at Playa Azul. Lisa was great at answering any questions promptly and giving very detailed info. The condo was very clean and fit our family of 6 very comfortably. The resort itself is very family friendly and our kids loved the water slides and pools. We highly recommend and will definitely visit again.
"This was our first family vacation and traveling with children is stressful enough worrying about forgetting something. The condo is very clean and has everything you may need. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for my 5 and 7 year old and the room across next to the first bathroom made my 10 year old feel like a big girl to have a room all to herself. The laundry room was very nice to have to wash and hang the kids bathing suits after their fun filled pool and beach days. The kitchen has everything you may need as well. And is very well kept. We would go into town and eat there and then just bring food back. There is plenty of seating at the dinner table or kitchen counter. The living room is very nice as well and has Netflix on the tv and various board games to enjoy and wind down with the whole family. Of course the view you have from the condos patio is spectacular at any time of the day and plenty of seating to enjoy your lunch or breakfast on the table or to relax on the outdoor couches. You get a full view of the pools. You have access to the patio from the living room and the main bedroom which also has its own bathroom with shower and bathtub. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and big enough to accommodate a wiggly sleeping 10 month old. Everything was nice and comfortable. The resort is a ways from town but we enjoyed that it was less busy. Communication with Lisa was effortlessly and she is a great host. I highly recommend this stay and will visit again."
