Amenities
Upon check-in, the resort will provide you with wristbands to enjoy the amenities of the resort. At this time, they will be collecting the resort fees of $7 / Per Person / Per Day. Resort fees cover the pool, slides, and hot tub area.
Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Wide Walkway to beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting; Individual sea side Palapas, Free Parking, 24 hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 New Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar.
Our C Building is almost finished and receiving the final touches. It will be completed soon, giving you a peaceful and more quiet stay.
Our D Building has begun construction. We are excited for this next phase of expansion at PLAYA AZUL!
Located in Puerto Peñasco, this condo is on the beach.
Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

NO PETS ALLOWED
Our condo is usually equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay.
Guests should bring their own toiletries. Each condo or villa will have rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower, paper towels, and garbage bags in the kitchen. We will provide 1 set of towels per guest (plus a few extra sets just in case). Please bring your own beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, and shade canopies. Please make sure you are familiar with our cancelation policies, and policies regarding service or amenity outages (please see below sections for this information).
If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please see the front desk! 9 out of 10 times we are able to resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
PLAYA AZUL is a quiet community. They ask that all guests are quiet after 11 pm and respect other condos in the community.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given for cancellation of any reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
No refunds will be given in the event a guest does not arrive, for early check-out, and/or holiday dates.
There is no refund for early check out.
No refunds will be given to any guest who is cautioned and/or evicted by the management, resort security or local police for violations of the resort’s rules for guests.
If you booked the reservation with an agent, you must cancel the reservation with the agent. Reservations created though an agent are subject to additional fees.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Occupancy policies and limits are strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the Condo or Villa and PLAYA AZUL RESORT. Make sure the information above regarding the number of occupants is correct. If you exceed the occupancy limits of your Unit you will be required to rent and pay for an additional unit to accommodate your excess occupants, or you will be subject to eviction, and all other pre-paid amounts.
Damage / Security Deposit
The person whose name appears on the reservation will be held liable for the entire amount of any damages, losses or theft (in excess of the Deposit) caused by any member of his/her party.
